“It's not often that I receive a book that truly exceeds my expectations but this one has. It was delivered three days ago and it was exactly what I was looking for but had not been on the market until now. I am a brand new loan officer and have been looking for a book that has all of the information I needed to establish a solid foundation of knowledge for my new career. I had already purchased four other books on mortgage origination, two of which were three times the price of this one. None had the information and quality of this one. This book is a hard cover (not that it matters but it is a nice touch) and is set up like a good text book, at a price of less than $30. I don't know how the price can be that low. The other books seemed like they had been put together in the author's basement. Anyway, this is the first review I have ever given for a book or item on Amazon but it is exactly what is needed for mortgage loan officers, especially those of us new to the field!”
