Darrin J. Seppinni

Darrin Seppinni grew up in New York City where he learned early on the importance of hard work and determination. At age 12 he began working at the neighborhood pizza parlor and by age 17 he was a full-fledged sales associate for a wholesale furniture outlet. Motivated by ambition, Darrin relocated to California in pursuit of new opportunities and at a chance to be the master of his own destiny.

Darrin was fortunate to find an incredible opportunity in a relatively new industry, the mortgage broker business.  Under the direction and training of some of the brightest pioneers in the industry he quickly rose to the top.  It was only a matter of time before he opened up his first mortgage broker business.

During the course of his work, Darrin has owned several mortgage brokerages, an Escrow company, and a mortgage bank licensed in 36 states.  He has trained and counseled thousands of loan officers and mortgage brokers and is acknowledged as one of the nations leading expert in the mortgage industry.  His visionary skills and proven experience have even the most seasoned industry professionals seeking him for advice. 

Passionate about increasing the awareness and accessibility of career and business opportunities within the mortgage industry, Darrin felt it was time to share his knowledge and skills to a broader audience. Darrin’s lifelong dream of becoming a professional writer became a reality in March 2005, when McGraw Hill the largest publisher of real estate books purchased the rights to his first book; The Mortgage Originator Success Kit published in hardcover 12/05. The Mortgage Originator Success Kit has received excellent reviews and is currently #1 in its category at Amazon.com. 

Darrin’s second book The Millionaire Mortgage Broker also a hardcover [McGraw Hill ISBN: 0071481567 / $39.95 U.S.] is scheduled for release December 2006.
